Designed by the best-in-class academicians and leading business advisors, the program (now in its third iteration) aspires to expand the talent pool of CHROs in India.
Anchored in the context of disruptions affecting the business landscape, the 2019 program begins by uncovering key success mantras for the Next Generation CHRO. This is then followed by a detailed focus on cultivating critical business skills that transcend the realm of HR. Lastly, participants are geared to drive business results through human capital strategy levers, technology, operating models, executive compensation and team effectiveness.

Vasanthi Srinivasan is a professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management and the Chairperson, Alumni Relations at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Her areas of interest are women in management and Boards, generational diversity, HRM in rapid growth organizations and ethics and HRM in healthcare in India. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a fellow in Management from IIMB
